Anatomic Holds - Wood Hangboard

BIATI Hangboard 4 forms the skeleton of model 3. In addition to the upper side with flat handles, edges, and the forehead with seven grips, there are a series of grips with even smaller depth to the lower part to expand the difficulty of training. Together, the front of the hangboard consists of up to 10 grips of varying depth, width, and inclination. The hangboard is 630 mm long, 210 mm high, and 55 mm thick.
